Whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, bridal shower, graduation, or engagement, my goal is to take the stress out of planning so you can actually enjoy the experience. From the big-picture vision to the smallest details, I’m here to help create a celebration that feels beautiful, thoughtful, and uniquely yours.

I’ve always loved the little details that make people feel celebrated. Whether it’s the way a table is styled, the flow of a timeline, or making sure someone is taken care of, I’m happiest when I am creating an experience that feels thoughtful from beginning to end.
Events by Hailey Sipe grew from that love of planning, design, and bringing people together. My approach is warm, organized, and personal — because I believe planning your event should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
When I’m not working on an event, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs, enjoying life as a new mom, catching up with friends, working on a creative project, or finding an excuse to celebrate. I’m a big believer that life’s sweetest moments deserve to be enjoyed — and that mindset is a huge part of why I love what I do.
